ORDER PROCESSING: We ask for at least  1-2 business days processing time to prepare order for shipment. After processing time, all orders are shipped and may take 3-5 business days for shipping. Shipping rate is calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.
